Nami Sadighi

President

Nami Sadighi is a resident of Newport Beach CA and a proud parent of two children, Shane and Natalie.

He has a degree in Business Administration from Cal State Fullerton. Immediately after college, he began his career in insurance by working for Aon (Combined Insurance division). In 1990, he started his own Farmers Insurance Agency. Within a few years, he realized to best serve his clients, he would need to offer multiple carriers and in 1998 he became an independent insurance agent.

Nami enjoys hanging at the beach, playing tennis, golf, eating sushi, and watching both of his kids compete in gymnastics at Cal Berkley.

Since 1998, Under Nami’s leadership, Insurance Partners Inc. has grown to be one of the premier insurance brokerages in Southern California.

James Sheppard

VP Operations

James runs the day to day operations of the agency and has been with Insurance Partners for 12 years. Prior to joining Insurance Partners, he was a loan officer in the
mortgage industry. When the housing market crashed in 2008, James pivoted to Insurance, and hasn’t looked back since.

He started at Insurance Partners cold calling and doing basic admin work to learn the industry. He decided to get his full P&C license in 2009, and worked his way up in the
agency.

James is happily married and enjoys going to the beach, watching Ohio State Football, and is a master chef!

James loves working with his team and overcoming daily challenges that arise. He is passionate about commercial insurance and enjoys helping clients understand the complexities of coverage.

Ben Hofstad

Insurance Agent

Ben generates and maintains relationships with individuals, families and businesses.

Before entering the insurance industry, Ben was in the Banking/Real Estate industry for 10 years. After that, he owned his own Farmers Insurance agency for 14 years, and was Farmers Agent Of The Year in 2003. Since leaving Farmers, Ben joined Insurance Partners and has been an Insurance Agent with our agency for the past 12 years.

Ben has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, and in his spare time he likes doing pretty much anything outside. He enjoys golf, water sports, trail riding and riding his motorcycle.

Ben really enjoys meeting new people and developing relationships. Many of his clients he’s known for over 20 years. Its personally fulfilling for him to see those relationships grow and develop.

Billy Vitale

Commercial Insurance Agent

Billy is our in-house commercial agent, and markets all new commercial policies for the agency.

He has been with the Insurance Partners for 12 years. Prior to working for Insurance Partners, he was a car salesman for Mitsubishi. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in communications from Cal State Fullerton, with an emphasis in Advertising.

Billy is a huge sports fan, and not just watching but playing too. He plays Indoor soccer 2 nights a week. He also plays outdoor soccer, flag football and softball all once a week. He also starred in a reality TV show called Encore along with Kristen Bell.

Billy strives to keep good relationships with our underwriters so he can get our agents the best policies with a quick turnaround time.

Bob Doerr

Insurance Agent

Bob has been with Insurance Partners for almost 3 years. Prior to that, he spent 29 years as a Farmers Insurance Agent.

In his spare time, Bob enjoys Playing golf and watching college football. He also enjoys watching his son play baseball for Bethesda University.

Bob has always made sure his clients have the best insurance products for the best possible rates. Service is a top priority for him.

Bob “The Voice” Ruddy

Insurance Agent

In April of 2019, Bob retired from Farmers Insurance after 39 years as one of their top agents. After spending over a year being retired, he decided that retirement was not
for him and joined Insurance Partners in June of this year. Bob brings a wealth of knowledge in all lines of insurance, especially Commercial Insurance.

Bob is a Proud Veteran of the U.S. Army Military Police Corps from 1972 to 1974 and considers it an honor and a privilege to have served his country. In his spare time, he
donates his time to El Modena High School as the Varsity Announcer for Football, Basketball and Baseball in addition to being the emcee for many Orange Unified
School District events. (He hasn’t found a microphone he hasn’t liked yet.)

On the personal side, he has been married to his wife Cathy for 45 years and has two sons, a daughter-in-law and two Granddaughters.

Bob is excited to be back in the insurance business and looks forward helping clients obtain the coverage they need at a price they deserve.

Bob Sorenson

Insurance Agent

Bob Sorensen was a Farmers Insurance agent from 1958 until 2021, when he joined Insurance Partners. Throughout his career, Bob has always been driven by his passion for helping people and his commitment to providing exceptional service to his clients.

In his personal life, Bob enjoys spending quality time with his family and playing golf. Grateful for the opportunities he’s had, Bob continues to find fulfillment in his work and takes pride in supporting his clients every step of the way.

Dan Mills

Insurance Agent

Dan joined Insurance Partners after representing Farmers Insurance for 40 years, seeking the opportunity to offer clients a wider range of competitive policies. He enjoys the ability to shop for clients across multiple top-rated companies, providing excellent coverage at competitive prices. Dan values not only the high-quality policies available but also the support of a knowledgeable and dedicated team that helps ensure his clients are well taken care of. He looks forward to continuing to help people find great coverage at fair prices while introducing them to the outstanding team at Insurance Partners.

On the personal side, Dan and his wife Debbie, who is also a licensed insurance agent, have been married for 37 years. They have four children and eight grandchildren.

In his free time, Dan enjoys working on classic cars. He currently serves as the president of the Orange County Vintage Corsa Corvair Club, where he takes part in monthly meetings and assists members in keeping their classic cars running smoothly.

Gary Renko

Insurance Agent

Gary reviews and helps clients manage risk with proper insurance coverage.

Gary has been with insurance Partners for 7 years. Prior to that, Gary owned a Farmers Insurance agency for 22 years in South Orange County. In his spare time, he enjoys playing tennis, mountain biking, and riding motorcycles.

Gary loves working with his clients trying to solve problems and protecting their assets with the best coverage, while trying to save them money at the same time.

Jeanette O’Sullivan

Insurance Agent

Jeanette has 30 years in the Insurance industry specializing in personal and business insurance. She graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a BA in Business Administration. She also holds the LUTCF designation for life insurance.

Jeanette enjoys any time she can spend with her two college age children. A bike ride or a good book is a past time and getting together with good friends.

Jeanette enjoys the challenge of complex insurance situations. Doing what is right for the client has always been a practice, and providing the correct coverage as needed for each specific situation.

Martin Bueno

Insurance Agent

Martin has been an insurance agent since 1989, spending 30 years as one of the top-producing agents at Farmers Insurance. He joined Insurance Partners two years ago and enjoys being part of a great team. Martin loves being able to offer his clients the best rates by having multiple companies to choose from.

Martin is married with four grown children and three granddaughters, and he loves attending their events. He’s also an avid fan of L.A. sports teams, including the Dodgers, Rams, Lakers, and USC Trojans.

Nancy Christopher

Insurance Agent

Nancy has been with Insurance Partners since the fall of 2008. She started out in the insurance industry back in 2002, providing Health Insurance and AFLAC supplemental coverages.

She has her B.A degree in Marketing from Cal State San Bernardino and maintains her Medicare Advantage certification training every year so that she can assist our seniors in finding great coverage.

In her spare time, she loves cooking anything from comfort to gourmet food for her family and friends and enjoys trying new recipes. Her extended family lives in the same area so they spend a lot of time together around the pool, and eating and playing games.

What motivates Nancy the most is faith, family, and assisting others in finding the best possible coverage. Along with providing personal and commercial insurance, she specializes in Health insurance. Nancy knows health insurance is very important and people need a professional to help them really understand their options.

Robert Marquez

Insurance Agent

Robert specializes in helping the Latino community. He’s been an Insurance Agent since 2004. He Started as a Receptionist, moved to a file clerk, and then to an Account Manager; servicing insurance policies. His consistent climbing up the ladder in the insurance industry motivated him to become the fantastic agent he is today.

Robert was a at one point the president of his local chapter networking group BNI, and a current Member of LA OC Latin Professionals.

In his spare time Robert enjoys 12+ mile hikes (the more difficult the better). He loves to ride his road bike, running, and watches all sports. He’s also a member of the Riot Squad, the LA Galaxy supporter group!

Robert is a proud Mexican American and LOVES to assist everyone in making the right insurance decisions. All of his clients have his direct number to reach him anytime, even if after 5pm or the weekends. His clients end up being good friends and family and he creates referrals for them whenever possible to assist them in their business.

Tracy Wright

Insurance Agent

Tracy has 35 years of expertise in the insurance industry. Having spent 31 years as a successful owner of a Farmers Insurance Agency, before joining Insurance Partners 3 years ago.
Specializing in both business and personal lines insurance, Tracy is dedicated to offering her clients the best protection at competitive prices. Her approach blends professional service with a personal touch. Tracy strives to build a meaningful relationship with her clients while helping them navigate the complexities of insurance.

Tracy excels in assisting her clients, particularly business owners, with their evolving insurance needs. Her goal is to simplify the process and ensure comprehensive coverage tailored to each client’s unique situation.

Outside of work, Tracy enjoys spending time with her husband of 29 years and their two adult daughters. She loves Traveling, especially a good snorkeling spot, spending time with friends, the beach, the occasional hike and watching sports. Above all, Tracy treasures time with her family and every moment spent together.

Woody Jones

Insurance Agent

Woody was born in Pennsylvania but has been in CA for 35 years. He holds a Bachelors and Masters degree, along with and a CPCU designation.

He was a Commercial insurance underwriter prior to starting his own Farmers Insurance agency. After 33 years with Farmers, he joined Insurance Partners in 2018.

In his spare time Woody enjoys playing golf and enjoys walking his dog, Koko. Woody enjoys working with clients to find the right coverage and an affordable price for
every person.

Sandy Prather

Sr. Commercial Lines Account Manager

Sandy provides customer service for our commercial clients and has been with Insurance Partners for 15 years. Prior to that she was the Manager of a Large Insurance
Broker for 25 years.

Sandy been in the Insurance business 40 years! Her First job was at the age of 15 with State Farm, and has been in the insurance industry ever since.

In her spare time, Sandy loves to spend time with her Daughter, enjoys shopping, traveling, and going to the beach.

Sandy loves working with our clients and negotiating with the insurance companies to make sure they are covered properly, comply with their customers insurance contract
requirements and gets the best coverage for the most competitive rates.

Maria Ramirez

Sr. Personal Lines Account Manager

Maria helps lead the personal lines department, and provides customer service to our clients.

Maria joined the Insurance Partners team in August 2018. Maria has been a licensed insurance agent for 19 years. She is currently licensed in Property casualty, Life,
Accident, and Health. In 2015 she completed the 5 step Customer Champion Certificate program, which has allowed her to better serve our clients.

Maria is a proud mother of 3 children and 1 bulldog. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family. Whether it’s watching a sporting event, shopping, or
trying a new place to eat, she enjoys it all.

What Maria likes most about working here at Insurance Partners, is having multiple reputable insurance companies to offer our clients. She likes knowing that regardless of the individual’s situation she is always able to offer the best coverages at the most competitive rates.

Sandra Madrid

Office Administrator / Account Manager

Sandra does a little bit of everything in our agency. She helps in both the personal and commercial lines departments where needed. She also handles accounting, and assists management in multiple projects.

Sandra has been with Insurance Partners for the last six years. She started as the receptionist and has worked her way up to be the accounting assistant and Account
Manager for the office. Sandra is married to her wonderful husband for 11 years and has three dogs, Lilo, Loki and Thor. She’s a huge Anaheim Ducks fan!

She loves a challenge which has helped her to grow within the agency. She is always pushing herself to learn more, and is often referred to as “SandraPedia”.

Carrie Hirschler

Personal Lines Account Manager

One of the newest members to the team, but not new to the insurance industry. Carrie worked as an Office Manager for The Bob Ruddy Insurance Agency with Farmers for 35 years. She joined our agency when Bob retired. She’s been married for 34 years to her husband, Matts and have two amazing children and a Giant Schnauzer. They are her pride & joy.

Carrie enjoys family time. Traveling to Utah is a plus to see her daughter and son-in-law when able, and spending time with her son and his fiance who are local. Carrie loves Fun travel, good food and board games! She hopes to travel with her husband in the future.

Carrie enjoys working with people. She loves getting to know who she helps and likes to provide personal service. She wants to make sure people know what they have and what they are getting when it comes to insurance. She’s here for all of your service needs and looks forward to being of assistance.

Jessica Castillo

Commercial Lines Account Manager

Jessica provides customer service for our commercial clients.

Jessica has been with the agency for almost 9 years. Prior to that, she worked at another agency for 7 years. She started at Insurance Partners with her limited lines
license, only knowing auto insurance. Since her start she not only got her full P&C license, but has moved up so quickly in the agency, she now handles complex commercial policies.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and 4 beautiful children. She loves going on camping trips, hikes, or going to the park, and also really loves gardening!

Jessica is passionate about assisting her clients. She enjoys helping anyone in the agency with issues they may have, and always does it with a smile.

Jessica Lopez

Jessica has been with Insurance Partners for 4 years now. Before Insurance Partners she worked in the foreclosure and title business. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and their new puppy Luna.

She loves helping our clients with their insurance needs and makes sure to end every call with a smile.

Kim Galvin

Personal Lines Account Manager

One of our newer members to the team, just starting in November 2023. Kim has worked in the insurance industry for years, starting at Farmers Insurance as a Customer Service Representative. She also worked for The Bob Ruddy Agency prior to Bob’s retirement.

Kim has a husband, Chris and 3 amazing kids, Cassidy, Sean, and Colin. She loves spending time with her kids. Kim enjoys hiking, reading, spending time with her best friend in Idaho, watching her youngest, Colin, play baseball, and family game nights. She enjoys her 2 rambunctious dogs, Lambo and Dakota. During the football season you can find her routing for the Green Bay Packers. She loves to smile and always lends a helping hand.

Kim enjoys working with others and loves working at Insurance Partners with all her co-workers. Her number one priority is to make sure each client feels like they are a part of her family.

Maggie Lagunas

Personal Lines Account Manager

Maggie has been with Insurance Partners for almost 2 years. She started in the insurance industry in 2013, moved to the medical field but came back to the insurance industry.

When Maggie started with our agency, she only had her limited lines license for personal auto only. Since her start, she was able to obtain her full P&C License.

Maggie enjoys going hiking on the weekends with her family, as well as watching movies at home and eating at her favorite restaurant Buffalo Wild Wings.

Clients motivate her in expanding her knowledge in the insurance industry. She pictures each client as if they were a member of her family, and tries to help them as much as possible. The environment in the office and co-workers makes her enjoy her job even more.

Valerie Bueno

Personal Lines Account Manager

Valerie has been with Insurance Partners for 2 years. She previously worked for The Martin Bueno Insurance Agency since 2013 where she was a Customer Service Rep.

In her spare time, she loves spending time with her fiancé Michael and daughters Audrina and Ava. She enjoys reading, watching movies, crafting, and the Dodgers.
After work or on the weekends you will find her cheering on her girls at a cheerleading competition or volleyball tournament.

Valerie is excited to be a part of Insurance Partners. She loves helping clients with insurance needs and getting to know her customers.

Shane Sadighi

Marketing Specialist

Shane is a new member of the Insurance Partners team, contributing to special projects across marketing, operations, and technology improvement. He enjoys collaborating with clients and continuously learning from all members of the IPI team.

Shane earned his bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley, where he was also a part of the Division I Gymnastics Team. Prior to joining Insurance Partners, he worked at a research firm in San Francisco, supporting consulting and private equity firms with their strategic needs.

Outside of work, Shane enjoys surfing and spending quality time with his friends and family.

Mikayla Prather

Administrative Assistant

Mikayla has been with Insurance Partners since 2021, focusing on customer support within the commercial lines department. She began her career in personal lines, where she gained valuable experience. What Mikayla enjoys most about her role is taking care of clients and working with a fantastic team. She is excited to continue expanding her knowledge in the ever-evolving insurance industry.

In addition to her insurance background, Mikayla holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and has a deep passion for helping others.

Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor activities, attending concerts, traveling, watching horror movies, following sports, and spending time with her mom and friends.

Lara Espinoza

Reception/Administrative Assistant

Lara has recently started her journey in insurance this year as receptionist and assistant administrator. Before Insurance Partners she worked as an ophthalmic technician and administrator in the ophthalmology field.

Lara is originally from Boston, moving to Las Vegas and Mexico City, Mexico before settling down in California. She enjoys traveling and expanding her view of the world. When there is free time, she uses it to get creative with the arts, such as painting and dancing. She likes to keep herself active with golf, body building, and hiking, and her favorite way to unwind is spending time with her senior poodle and cat along with a good book.

She finds it rewarding to be able to continuously expand her knowledge and is always up for a challenge. Insurance partners are family, and she loves to be a helping hand for those around her. Always wanting to put a smile on everyone. When you give us a call, she is more than happy to be of service.

Anna Olingay

Virtual Assistant

Anna began her career in the insurance industry in 2019. Since then, she has been providing back-end support to agents and the agency, handling tasks such as marketing, form creation, report generation, COI creation, and endorsement processing. Initially, she worked in personal lines for a brief period before transitioning to commercial accounts.

Prior to her career in the insurance industry, Anna spent 11 years working as a Technical Support Representative at Century Link and Spectrum.

Anna is a mother of two, a son and a daughter. She enjoys spending her free time gardening and watching investigative documentaries.

Anna wants to provide the best support for the agents that she is working with. She consistently maintains an open mind and is committed to continuous learning and improvement.

Christel Borrinaga

Virtual Assistant

Christel is one of the newer members of the Insurance Partners team, joining in February 2023 as a virtual assistant in the commercial lines department. She enjoys collaborating with the entire Insurance Partners team.

Christel comes from a family of five. Her father, Jonathan, is an electrician, and her mother, Romelyn, is a homemaker. As the eldest, Christel has two younger siblings, Christly and Christy. Her family is active in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (LDS), where they enjoy attending church every Sunday and participating in various church activities. Christel’s nickname is Christ.

Her favorite Bible verse is Matthew 6:33: “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”

In her free time, Christel enjoys physical activities like volleyball, jogging, and hiking. She loves long motorcycle rides, camping, and mountain climbing with her fiancé, Niño Jay. She is also passionate about yarn art, including crochet and cross-stitch, and cherishes spending time with her family during family home evenings. A dedicated fan of the K-pop boy band BTS since 2013, Christel finds joy in their music and message.

Christel embraces challenges that help her grow and is always eager to learn more. She feels blessed to be part of the Insurance Partners team and looks forward to contributing and growing within the company.

Jane Galo

Virtual Assistant

Jane is excited to be part of the Insurance Partners team. Although new to the insurance industry, she is eager to learn and grow alongside her colleagues. With four years of experience in the food industry as a customer service provider, Jane has developed the necessary skillset for her role.

In her free time, Jane enjoys exploring nature, relaxing at the beach, and spending time with her siblings. She also has a passion for online selling and making delicacies as a side business.

Jane thrives on creative challenges and looks forward to contributing to the success of the team.

Lyn Sabio

Virtual Assistant

Before joining Insurance Partners, Lyn worked as an Online Sales Supervisor in the Customer Service Department, where she developed her admin skills.

In her personal time, Lyn is committed to fitness and enjoys regular visits to the gym, as well as discovering new restaurants and coffee shops.

Lyn is also the co-founder of the Supreme Machine Riders Club, a group united by a shared passion for motorcycles.

Mary Bayron

One of the newest members to the team. Mary has worked in the insurance industry for 4 years. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and reading.

She loves helping the account managers with the client needs and makes sure to end every task with a smile.
