Nami Sadighi

President

Nami Sadighi is a resident of Newport Beach CA and a proud parent of two children, Shane and Natalie.

He has a degree in Business Administration from Cal State Fullerton. Immediately after college, he began his career in insurance by working for Aon (Combined Insurance division). In 1990, he started his own Farmers Insurance Agency. Within a few years, he realized to best serve his clients, he would need to offer multiple carriers and in 1998 he became an independent insurance agent.

Nami enjoys hanging at the beach, playing tennis, golf, eating sushi, and watching both of his kids compete in gymnastics at Cal Berkley.

Since 1998, Under Nami’s leadership, Insurance Partners Inc. has grown to be one of the premier insurance brokerages in Southern California.

James Sheppard

VP Operations

James runs the day to day operations of the agency and has been with Insurance Partners for 12 years. Prior to joining Insurance Partners, he was a loan officer in the
mortgage industry. When the housing market crashed in 2008, James pivoted to Insurance, and hasn’t looked back since.

He started at Insurance Partners cold calling and doing basic admin work to learn the industry. He decided to get his full P&C license in 2009, and worked his way up in the
agency.

James is happily married and enjoys going to the beach, watching Ohio State Football, and is a master chef!

James loves working with his team and overcoming daily challenges that arise. He is passionate about commercial insurance and enjoys helping clients understand the complexities of coverage.

Ben Hofstad

Insurance Agent

Ben generates and maintains relationships with individuals, families and businesses.

Before entering the insurance industry, Ben was in the Banking/Real Estate industry for 10 years. After that, he owned his own Farmers Insurance agency for 14 years, and was Farmers Agent Of The Year in 2003. Since leaving Farmers, Ben joined Insurance Partners and has been an Insurance Agent with our agency for the past 12 years.

Ben has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, and in his spare time he likes doing pretty much anything outside. He enjoys golf, water sports, trail riding and riding his motorcycle.

Ben really enjoys meeting new people and developing relationships. Many of his clients he’s known for over 20 years. Its personally fulfilling for him to see those relationships grow and develop.

Bernardo Bu

Personal Lines Account Manager

Bernardo has been working at IPI for 5 years servicing Personal and some Commercial clients. Prior to joining the Insurance Partners team, he worked exclusively on Auto Insurance for Loya Casualty Insurance Co., and has also worked in the National Commercial Services department for First American Title, Insurance Co.

When away from the Insurance world, he spends his spare time bike riding, drawing, painting, exploring new places, hanging out with his family and watching films. He is a very talented artist!

Purchasing Insurance can be a very confusing and tedious process. Bernardo strives to make it as easy and simple as possible for his clients. It brings him lots of joy when he hears that he helped eliminate their concerns by providing exceptional service and the optimal coverage they need while maximizing their savings.

Billy Vitale

Commercial Insurance Agent

Billy is our in-house commercial agent, and markets all new commercial policies for the agency.

He has been with the Insurance Partners for 12 years. Prior to working for Insurance Partners, he was a car salesman for Mitsubishi. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in communications from Cal State Fullerton, with an emphasis in Advertising.

Billy is a huge sports fan, and not just watching but playing too. He plays Indoor soccer 2 nights a week. He also plays outdoor soccer, flag football and softball all once a week. He also starred in a reality TV show called Encore along with Kristen Bell.

Billy strives to keep good relationships with our underwriters so he can get our agents the best policies with a quick turnaround time.

Bob Doerr

Insurance Agent

Bob has been with Insurance Partners for almost 3 years. Prior to that, he spent 29 years as a Farmers Insurance Agent.

In his spare time, Bob enjoys Playing golf and watching college football. He also enjoys watching his son play baseball for Bethesda University.

Bob has always made sure his clients have the best insurance products for the best possible rates. Service is a top priority for him.

Bob “The Voice” Ruddy

Insurance Agent

In April of 2019, Bob retired from Farmers Insurance after 39 years as one of their top agents. After spending over a year being retired, he decided that retirement was not
for him and joined Insurance Partners in June of this year. Bob brings a wealth of knowledge in all lines of insurance, especially Commercial Insurance.

Bob is a Proud Veteran of the U.S. Army Military Police Corps from 1972 to 1974 and considers it an honor and a privilege to have served his country. In his spare time, he
donates his time to El Modena High School as the Varsity Announcer for Football, Basketball and Baseball in addition to being the emcee for many Orange Unified
School District events. (He hasn’t found a microphone he hasn’t liked yet.)

On the personal side, he has been married to his wife Cathy for 45 years and has two sons, a daughter-in-law and two Granddaughters.

Bob is excited to be back in the insurance business and looks forward helping clients obtain the coverage they need at a price they deserve.

Carrie Hirschler

Personal Lines Account Manager

One of the newest members to the team, but not new to the insurance industry. Carrie worked as an Office Manager for The Bob Ruddy Insurance Agency with Farmers for 35 years. She joined our agency when Bob retired. She’s been married for 34 years to her husband, Matts and have two amazing children and a Giant Schnauzer. They are her pride & joy.

Carrie enjoys family time. Traveling to Utah is a plus to see her daughter and son-in-law when able, and spending time with her son and his fiance who are local. Carrie loves Fun travel, good food and board games! She hopes to travel with her husband in the future.

Carrie enjoys working with people. She loves getting to know who she helps and likes to provide personal service. She wants to make sure people know what they have and what they are getting when it comes to insurance. She’s here for all of your service needs and looks forward to being of assistance.

Gary Renko

Insurance Agent

Gary reviews and helps clients manage risk with proper insurance coverage.

Gary has been with insurance Partners for 7 years. Prior to that, Gary owned a Farmers Insurance agency for 22 years in South Orange County. In his spare time, he enjoys playing tennis, mountain biking, and riding motorcycles.

Gary loves working with his clients trying to solve problems and protecting their assets with the best coverage, while trying to save them money at the same time.

Jeanette O’Sullivan

Insurance Agent

Jeanette has 30 years in the Insurance industry specializing in personal and business insurance. She graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a BA in Business Administration. She also holds the LUTCF designation for life insurance.

Jeanette enjoys any time she can spend with her two college age children. A bike ride or a good book is a past time and getting together with good friends.

Jeanette enjoys the challenge of complex insurance situations. Doing what is right for the client has always been a practice, and providing the correct coverage as needed for each specific situation.

Jessica Castillo

Commercial Lines Account Manager

Jessica provides customer service for our commercial clients.

Jessica has been with the agency for almost 9 years. Prior to that, she worked at another agency for 7 years. She started at Insurance Partners with her limited lines
license, only knowing auto insurance. Since her start she not only got her full P&C license, but has moved up so quickly in the agency, she now handles complex commercial policies.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and 4 beautiful children. She loves going on camping trips, hikes, or going to the park, and also really loves gardening!

Jessica is passionate about assisting her clients. She enjoys helping anyone in the agency with issues they may have, and always does it with a smile.

Jessica Lopez

Personal Lines Account Manager

Jessica has been with Insurance Partners for 4 years now. Before Insurance Partners she worked in the foreclosure and title business. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and their new puppy Luna.

She loves helping our clients with their insurance needs and makes sure to end every call with a smile.

Maggie Lagunas

Personal Lines Account Manager

Maggie has been with Insurance Partners for almost 2 years. She started in the insurance industry in 2013, moved to the medical field but came back to the insurance industry.

When Maggie started with our agency, she only had her limited lines license for personal auto only. Since her start, she was able to obtain her full P&C License.

Maggie enjoys going hiking on the weekends with her family, as well as watching movies at home and eating at her favorite restaurant Buffalo Wild Wings.

Clients motivate her in expanding her knowledge in the insurance industry. She pictures each client as if they were a member of her family, and tries to help them as much as possible. The environment in the office and co-workers makes her enjoy her job even more.

Maria Ramirez

Sr. Personal Lines Account Manager

Maria helps lead the personal lines department, and provides customer service to our clients.

Maria joined the Insurance Partners team in August 2018. Maria has been a licensed insurance agent for 19 years. She is currently licensed in Property casualty, Life,
Accident, and Health. In 2015 she completed the 5 step Customer Champion Certificate program, which has allowed her to better serve our clients.

Maria is a proud mother of 3 children and 1 bulldog. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family. Whether it’s watching a sporting event, shopping, or
trying a new place to eat, she enjoys it all.

What Maria likes most about working here at Insurance Partners, is having multiple reputable insurance companies to offer our clients. She likes knowing that regardless of the individual’s situation she is always able to offer the best coverages at the most competitive rates.

Nancy Christopher

Insurance Agent

Nancy has been with Insurance Partners since the fall of 2008. She started out in the insurance industry back in 2002, providing Health Insurance and AFLAC supplemental coverages.

She has her B.A degree in Marketing from Cal State San Bernardino and maintains her Medicare Advantage certification training every year so that she can assist our seniors in finding great coverage.

In her spare time, she loves cooking anything from comfort to gourmet food for her family and friends and enjoys trying new recipes. Her extended family lives in the same area so they spend a lot of time together around the pool, and eating and playing games.

What motivates Nancy the most is faith, family, and assisting others in finding the best possible coverage. Along with providing personal and commercial insurance, she specializes in Health insurance. Nancy knows health insurance is very important and people need a professional to help them really understand their options.

Robert Marquez

Insurance Agent

Robert specializes in helping the Latino community. He’s been an Insurance Agent since 2004. He Started as a Receptionist, moved to a file clerk, and then to an Account Manager; servicing insurance policies. His consistent climbing up the ladder in the insurance industry motivated him to become the fantastic agent he is today.

Robert was a at one point the president of his local chapter networking group BNI, and a current Member of LA OC Latin Professionals.

In his spare time Robert enjoys 12+ mile hikes (the more difficult the better). He loves to ride his road bike, running, and watches all sports. He’s also a member of the Riot Squad, the LA Galaxy supporter group!

Robert is a proud Mexican American and LOVES to assist everyone in making the right insurance decisions. All of his clients have his direct number to reach him anytime, even if after 5pm or the weekends. His clients end up being good friends and family and he creates referrals for them whenever possible to assist them in their business.

Sandra Madrid

Office Administrator / Account Manager

Sandra does a little bit of everything in our agency. She helps in both the personal and commercial lines departments where needed. She also handles accounting, and assists management in multiple projects.

Sandra has been with Insurance Partners for the last six years. She started as the receptionist and has worked her way up to be the accounting assistant and Account
Manager for the office. Sandra is married to her wonderful husband for 11 years and has three dogs, Lilo, Loki and Thor. She’s a huge Anaheim Ducks fan!

She loves a challenge which has helped her to grow within the agency. She is always pushing herself to learn more, and is often referred to as “SandraPedia”.

Sandy Prather

Sr. Commercial Lines Account Manager

Sandy provides customer service for our commercial clients and has been with Insurance Partners for 15 years. Prior to that she was the Manager of a Large Insurance
Broker for 25 years.

Sandy been in the Insurance business 40 years! Her First job was at the age of 15 with State Farm, and has been in the insurance industry ever since.

In her spare time, Sandy loves to spend time with her Daughter, enjoys shopping, traveling, and going to the beach.

Sandy loves working with our clients and negotiating with the insurance companies to make sure they are covered properly, comply with their customers insurance contract
requirements and gets the best coverage for the most competitive rates.

Woody Jones

Insurance Agent

Woody was born in Pennsylvania but has been in CA for 35 years. He holds a Bachelors and Masters degree, along with and a CPCU designation.

He was a Commercial insurance underwriter prior to starting his own Farmers Insurance agency. After 33 years with Farmers, he joined Insurance Partners in 2018.

In his spare time Woody enjoys playing golf and enjoys walking his dog, Koko. Woody enjoys working with clients to find the right coverage and an affordable price for
every person.
