Kim was an absolute delight to work with. She made everything easy—told me exactly what info she needed, got me a fast quote, and had my insurance bound right away. I originally needed new coverage because my previous provider wouldn’t extend my policy. Honestly, I’m glad they didn’t, because I’m extremely happy with the insurer Kim found for me.

They’re on it for sure! I worked with Jeanette (huge rockstar) to get my insurance and she was great even with all the headaches the lender caused. I cannot recommend her enough! (Especially in these fire zone areas). Once the process was done, Carrie becomes the point of contact and she responds quickly as well! Overall this is my go to insurance company moving forward.
